Kaleb added two more Duffies to his collection as he won the Jr. 2 Heavy and Jr. 2 Animal Heavy National championships in Brookings, SD. On the opening day of the 2011 IKF Grand Nationals Kaleb started 7th in the Jr. 2 Light feature and quickly worked his way to the top 3. With two laps to go he was running second behind Dylan LaCroix and tried everything to get under LaCroix but settle for the runner-up position. After a 24 hour rain delay the Jr. 2 Heavy championship took to the track on Thursday where Kaleb earned the pole position. He led the first few laps and then fell back to 4th. With 6 laps remaining he and Levi Preston started drafting together and ran the leaders down. With the white flag waving Kaleb was running 4th and going down the backstretch the front three karts all got together and Kaleb went to the bottom entering turn 3 and came out with the victory. On Friday we bolted on the Animal motor and Kaleb felt really confident about this motor that we just got back from TRR Racing Engines. He started 4th in the feature and was really never a factor and ended up in 5th place. Saturday morning was the final day of the 2011 Grand Nationals and Kaleb earned the 3rd starting spot in the Jr. 2 Animal Heavy feature. He passed Jerrod Ballhagen for the early lead and held off a late race green-white-checkered finish to earn his second Duffy of the week.

Kaleb raced the annual Turkey Chase at the Lancaster Event Center in Lincoln, NE. over the Thanksgiving weekend. Friday started out with Kaleb winning all 4 heat races which put him on the pole for both Jr. 2 features. Kaleb led from the get-go to capture both feature wins. Saturday he ran the same two classes where he again won both features. The top 8 go-karts from the first 2 days were locked into the 20 lap $800 to win Jr. 2 Heavy feature on Sunday. Kaleb had his work cut for him as he started 4th in the first heat race, but he patiently waited for the leader to slip up and took the win on the last lap. In the second heat race he started 5th and ended up second, thus earning the pole position for the big money feature. Kaleb was pressured from Jacob Krug on several restarts but Kaleb's kart was better on the long runs and he went on to win the 2010 Turkey Chase for the second year in a row.

Kaleb entered the weekend hoping to wrap up a couple of Championships in the Midwest Speedway Tour. On Saturday he did everything he possibly could to secure the championships as he won all 3 flathead features at the Heartland Speedway just south of Rapid City, SD. thus earning the triple crown championships. Kaleb also ran the 15 lap Big Game Challenge on Saturday as he started 5th and ended up with that trophy as well.
On Sunday we had to change motors after the first heat and it paid off as Kaleb won the Jr. 2 Animal Heavy feature and ran 2nd to Adam Brotherton in the Medium feature. Kaleb ended up winning the Jr. 2 Animal Heavy Championship as well.
